Privacy Policy

We Are Under Construction…

Privacy Policy –

Innovators are exploring and discovering Health and Healing Breakthroughs to bless us all. Individual Health Freedom is a necessary tool to unleash the full power of our innovators and researchers.

We do our best to make money to survive, thrive, and grow without abusing your privacy and trust.

You probably should opt out of our list or never join if you don’t believe in Individual Health Freedom. We believe Freedom is Universal and Individual or It Does Not Exist At All…

We want to remind you that you have significant control over your email… And we want to be up to date and in tune with the requirements of gargantuan corporations who control a goodly portion of the internet.

Sometimes the constantly changing rules and regulations are helpful and sometimes they’re not. We do our best to select reputable product and service suppliers who each stay current in their areas of expertise. They have resources far beyond what one individual or one company has available.

Privacy Policy:

Email Privacy Policy – We do our best to meet current industry standards on all issues and policies which change and change again.  We cannot be experts on everything, so we use recommendations of our peer groups and service providers to do our best to do what’s right for you and us.

Your privacy is very important to us. We want to make your experience on the Internet as enjoyable and rewarding as possible, and we want you to use the Internet’s vast array of information, tools, and opportunities with complete confidence.

We have created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy and security.

This Privacy Policy describes how our company collects information from all end users of our Internet services (the “Services”) – those who access some of our Services but do not have accounts (”Visitors”) as well as those who may purchase Products and/or pay a monthly service fee to subscribe to a Service (”Members”) – what we do with the information we collect, and the choices Visitors and Members have concerning the collection and use of such information.

Email Overload Warning

Our websites are dedicated to, “Help people help themselves and each other.”

We have a strong focus on Health Freedom and how Healing is affected by stress, monopoly, and politics.

Many people forget that life is interrelated.  Stress has big effects on your health and ability to heal. Finances are a huge stress factor.

We seek and share ways to get healthy, stay healthy, create financial freedom (We define financial freedom as the ability to easily meet basic needs and savings to tide through a year of something unexpected.), individual freedom, personal responsibility, self-help, how to help others, and inner peace.

You are on a list that is looking for easy to apply answers.

Sometimes we share our hard won knowledge for free and other things we charge for.

If we don’t make money, we don’t survive.

In a Free Market, both parties must come out ahead based on our individual judgments or there is no transaction. Every one of us has different needs and different circumstances which change constantly.

Because systems are always changing, search for a current post that provides training and insights on how to best handle your email.

Start by opening your email no more than twice per day.  Scan your headlines and if it is not something of Immediate Importance, Keep Going.  Then test only once per day and less and less often until you find what works for you.

Same song, second verse on texting or phone calls.  Some people are puppets on strings when their text buzzes or rings.  Choose to stay in command and review them seldom and at your convenience.

Note – Driving while using a cell phone is about like driving drunk. We mean that literally. Research at

We go to a great deal of time and effort to help people discover how to improve their lives.

You may not need to quit smoking, moderate your drinking, alter your drug addictions to non or prescription drugs, lose weight, improve your cardiovascular health, be considering taking a vaccine, having an operation, performing unnecessary health tests, or dealing with all of the manifestations of stress.

Other people may be looking for answers which you could care less about.

Some things are free.  Some things are not.

In order for us to survive and thrive and do the best job for the people on our list, we mail regularly; because the less often we mail, the less likely our emails are to be opened and the faster someone removes us from their allowed mailing.

I know it seems backwards; but, that’s true both online and offline with things people receive in the mail.

We tell people what the email is about as quickly as possible so that those who want to know more can read it.  And for those for whom something is not an issue for them currently, they can skip it and go on to something else.

There is an opt-out link at the bottom of every email. We use Aweber as our email service, currently, because they are good at staying up to date with regulations and hacker protection. They have an entire company focused on email issues to make sure your privacy is protected and choices are honored.

There is no way we can do the job they can. At some point, we may change providers or test other services. We will do our best for everyone’s benefit.

If you feel overwhelmed by email, your problem is not us. It is us, plus everyone else, plus you. You requested most of the email you receive. If you don’t do as good at unsubscribing as you do at requesting information, expect a bit of overwhelm.

Sign up for an email list or visit youtube on how to handle too much email and/or just start unsubscribing.

In order to reduce stress that is connected to your email box, you have to change.

1.  At the bottom of every email by any reputable and some irreputable companies, there is an opt-out link at the bottom of the page.  You can use unsubscribe more often. It will help with reputable companies.

2.  Get over any compulsion to be drawn into the black hole of your email. Make a list to follow each day and include control your email by limiting the times you open it.

a.  Only look at your email once or twice per day.  If necessary start by checking it every 4 hours and work your way down to once per day, once per week or once per month.  Your world will not come to an end because you don’t jump to see what email has just come in.

b.  Review the subject lines only.  Open those things that are worth your immediate time.    Move to a keep folder if it has something you might want to refer back to or ignore it.  You might delete in mass weekly everything not in your save folders.

c.  Use gmail.  You can easily setup folders where all email will bypass your inbox and immediately be filed.  As you would expect from Google, they have a great search engine to find anything stored in your email.

When you are seeking an answer, search your emails.

The best time to learn something is when you need it.  So periodically search your email if you are specifically looking for an answer… And use the search feature to bring you directly to what you want.

Don’t open an email just because you got it.

You can type in an email address and pull up every email from that person or one word or phrase and pull up every email with that word or phrase.  You don’t have to go folder to folder.

I keep separate folders for all of the health and healing emails I receive.  When I need to find something about how Vitamin D3 is better than flu shots to prevent flu, I can search for Vitamin D3 and all of the articles I have on Vitamin D3 in my email pop up.

Gmail gives you the opportunity to start all of your email subscriptions from scratch.  Be judicious in your choices or in your methods of responding to what you receive.

If you feel overwhelmed by your email, you have to change how you are doing things and how you handle your stress.

You have much more power over your life and feelings than you know.  Having the world change to your specifications is not a likely occurrence.

Having the power to change how you deal with the world around you in is in your power now and will be much more effective in the long run.

We request that you read this Privacy Policy carefully.

Personal Information Our Company Collects and How It Is Used

Introduction.

Our company collects information in different ways from Visitors and Members who access the various parts of our Services and the network of Web sites accessible through our Service.

We use this information primarily to provide a customized experience as you use our Products and Services, and generally, do not share this information with third parties.

However, we may disclose personal information collected if we have received your permission beforehand or in very special circumstances, such as when we believe that such disclosure is required by law or other special cases described below.

Registration:

Members may be asked to provide certain personal information when they sign up for our Products or Services including name, address, telephone number, billing information (such as a credit card number), and the type of personal computer being used to access the Services.

The personal information collected from Members during the registration process is used to manage each Member’s account (such as for billing purposes). This information is not shared with third parties, unless specifically stated otherwise or in special circumstances.

However, in instances where our company and a partner jointly promote our Services, we may provide the partner certain personal information, such as the name, address, and username of persons who subscribed to the Services as a result of the joint promotion for the sole purpose of allowing us and the partner to assess the results of the promotion.

In this instance, personal information may not be used by the partner for any other purpose. We may also generate non-identifying and aggregate profiles from personal information Members provide during registration (such as the total number, but not the names, of Members). As explained in more detail below, we may use this aggregated and non-identifying information to sell advertisements that appear on the Services.

Our Company Partners and Sponsors:

Some products and services may be offered to Visitors and Members in conjunction with an affiliate, independent contractor seller or non-affiliated partner. To provide Visitors and Members some of these products and services, the partner may need to collect and maintain personal information.

In these instances, you will be notified before any such data is collected or transferred and may decide not to use that particular service or feature.

Additionally, our partners may have advertisements or co-branded Web Pages that are cosponsored by an affiliate, independent contractor seller, or non-affiliated partner. Our company may share non-identifying and aggregate information (except as described above), but not personal information, with such partners in order to administer the co-branded products or services offered.

Online Shopping:

At some Web sites, you can purchase products and services or register to receive materials, such as a newsletter, catalog or new product and service updates. In many cases, you may be asked to provide contact information, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, and credit/debit card information.

If you complete an order for someone else, such as an online gift order sent directly to a recipient, you may be asked to provide information about the recipient, such as the recipient’s name, address, and phone number. Our company has no control over the third parties’ use of any personal information you provide when placing such an order. Please exercise care when doing so.

If you order services or products directly from our company we will use the personal information you provide only to process that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

Online Advertisements:

Our company may display online advertisements. In those cases we share aggregated and non-identifying information about our Visitors and Members collected through the registration process as well as through online surveys and promotions with these advertisers.

Additionally, in some instances, we use this aggregated and non-identifying information to deliver tailored advertisements or joint ventures.

For instance, an advertiser or joint venture company tells us the audience they want to reach and provides us an advertisement tailored to the audience. Based upon the aggregated and non-identifying information we have collected, we may then display or send the advertisement to the intended audience.

Our company does not share personal information about its Visitors or Members with these advertisers or joint venture companies.

Responses to Email Inquiries:

When Visitors or Members send email inquiries to our company, the return email address is used to answer the email inquiry we receive. Our company does not use the return email address for any other purpose and does not share the return email address with any third party.

Voluntary Customer Surveys:

We may periodically conduct both business and individual customer surveys. We encourage our customers to participate in these surveys because they provide us with important information that helps us to improve the types of products and services we offer and how we provide them to you.

Your personal information and responses will remain strictly confidential, even if the survey is conducted by a third party. Participation in our customer surveys is voluntary.

We may take the information we receive from individuals responding to our Customer Surveys and combine (or aggregate) it with the responses of other customers we may have, to create broader, generic responses to the survey questions (such as gender, age, residence, hobbies, education, employment, industry sector, or other demographic information).

We then use the aggregated information to improve the quality of our services to you, and to develop new services and products. This aggregated, non-personally identifying information may be shared with third parties.

Special Cases:

It is our company’s policy not to use or share the personal information about Visitors of Members in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

However, we may disclose personal information about Visitors or Members, or information regarding your use of the Services or Web sites accessible through our Services, for any reason if, in our sole discretion, we believe that it is reasonable to do so, including: credit agencies, collection agencies, merchant database agencies, law enforcement, or to satisfy laws, such as the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, the Child Online Privacy Act, regulations, or governmental or legal requests for such information; to disclose information that is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms Of Service, or other user policies; to operate the Services properly; or to protect our company and our Members.

“Cookies” and How Our Company Uses Them.

A “cookie” is a small data file that can be placed on your hard drive when you visit certain Web sites. Our company may use cookies to collect, store, and sometimes track information for statistical purposes to improve the products and services we provide and to manage our telecommunications networks.

If you are a Visitor or Member we may use a cookie to save your settings and to provide customizable and personalized services. These cookies do not enable third parties to access any of your customer information. Additionally, be aware that if you visit other Web sites where you are prompted to log in or that are customizable, you may be required to accept cookies.

Advertisers and partners may also use their own cookies. We do not control use of these cookies and expressly disclaim responsibility for information collected through them.

Our Company’s Commitment to Data Security:

Services and Web sites we sponsor have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. While we make every effort to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party “hackers” from illegally obtaining this information.

If someone responds to offline advertising and provides an email address, that email address may be rented with their name; because, they have chosen to make it available.

If someone has come to us online, their email remains private even if we rent their physical address.  They are on separate lists.  Someone could get on both lists.

As with our email policy, anyone on our direct mail lists may request to be deleted from one or more of our lists.

In order to keep up with the constantly changing laws and regulations of almost everything, greenteacoffeeclub.com uses the best software companies we can find so that the companies we work with can apply their specialized knowledge to help us stay compliant and up to date against hacker attacks.

Liberty Marketing Network Enterprises is our account name for our sister sites.

A problem developed with our hosting company. I couldn’t gain access to the site and I isolated all pages on this site and will rebuild over time and in no hurry.

This is largely a test site where I draft and play with new formats and plugins to discover any problems before using them on active sites. It’s not really for the public at this time.
